2. Media Consent

You agree that photos and videos may be taken during this activation and used by the Company for social media content and marketing and promotional purposes.

You understand that you will not receive compensation for such use and that content may be used across digital and physical platforms.

You may withdraw consent in writing for future use of media.

3. Participation & Injury Liability

You acknowledge that participation in dance activities involves physical movement and may carry a risk of injury.

By participating, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with the activity, confirm that you are physically able to participate, and agree that the Company, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
